With almost five decades of experience in ministry and nonprofit service, Dr. Douglas Kossel brings a remarkable breadth of expertise to his work in church leadership, education, business, and community consulting. His commitment to the development of churches and ministries has been demonstrated worldwide through the founding of Bible institutes, mission programs, and the creation of extensive educational resources for ministers, leaders, and congregants alike.
Building on his extensive academic and professional foundation, Dr. Douglas Kossel has served in a diverse array of influential roles. He is the Program Director at 3 Waters Behavioral and lends his experience as Chaplain (Colonel) for the USSC of America. His entrepreneurial acumen is evident as Owner and President of Kossel & Associates, Inc., a position he has held since 1989. Dr. Kossel is also a trusted church and nonprofit consultant, recognized nationally and internationally as a tax planner and nonprofit specialist. A sought-after conference and seminar speaker, he has designed and delivered numerous courses and training on trauma, crisis intervention, PTSD, coaching, and resiliency, equipping professionals and organizations to thrive in challenging circumstances.

Dr. Kossel has been involved with church ministries either full time or part time for over 40 years. He has worked with missionaries and churches worldwide and has helped develop a couple of Bible institutes, mission programs, businesses and has produced a number of Bible Institute syllabuses, Sunday School materials and various leadership training materials and resources. He currently has a tax preparation and consulting business specializing in nonprofit issues. He has used his businesses over the years to help support his ministry work.
